Two years of healthcare-related customer service experience is preferred, with strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, written and oral.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with patients, families, staff, and funder organizations.
• Process referrals and updates in the EMR (Procura) in a timely manner.
• Schedule care providers based on client needs, location, and availability.
• Coordinate caregiver assignments and service delivery; notify patients and staff of schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the EMR and resolve patient concerns promptly.
