Job summary

Edmonton Southside Primary Care Network is seeking a full-time Quality Improvement Manager to lead the QI program and drive medical home optimization strategies across ESPCN’s teams.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will oversee the QI team and coordinate with EMR consultants, care coordination leads, and clinical staff to implement improvement initiatives and data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health promotion, business or social sciences.
  • Min 2 years in leadership/management and 5 years in healthcare delivery/administration.
  • Current registration with a relevant healthcare college.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, change management and QI tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience with EMR and health administration is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the QI program's strategic direction and performance measures.
  • Oversee the QI team including Improvement Facilitators, EMR Consultants and PCC Lead.
  • Ensure standardized processes and EMR optimization across ESPCN.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners.
  • Manage annual budget projections for the QI program.
