Must Haves
A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution or the equivalent combination of education and demonstrated senior project management experience with CIS implementations.
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in acute care health informatics or healthcare transformation projects in Canadian healthcare institutions
A minimum of 5 years' experience in leadership role(s) for a previous multi-site CIS implementation.
Nice to have
Demonstrated communication skills with executive stakeholders (VPs, Directors, etc.), types of interactions, deliverables, and contribution to success.
Experience planning and executing Clinical Information Solutions transition to sustainment including knowledge transfer, shared services, tools, and methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional project teams (business, clinical, tech), coordination approach, and best practices used.
Experience leading geographically distributed teams and strategies used for collaboration.
Advanced education in health informatics or master's in health administration.
Experience working in multi-vendor teams.
Experience incorporating Change Management in deployments and project plans.
Communication skills in English and French.
