Job summary

Innomar Strategies Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for a 15-Month Contract to drive product strategy, adoption, and KPI-driven development within the healthcare space.

You will collaborate with Product Manager and senior leadership to shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and translate business priorities into actionable features while staying abreast of Salesforce functionalities and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Sciences or Computer Information Systems; MBA an asset.
• 5+ years in Healthcare in progressive levels of responsibility and leadership; Patient Support Programs asset.
• 3+ years in product management role.
• Experience with Agile; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and implementation of the Product strategy; implement adoption strategies across programs and tracking/reporting.
• Collect and use feedback for ongoing feature development.
• Define product success measures with Product Manager and senior leadership.
• Translate business priorities into KPIs for feature development and prioritize features based on KPIs.
• Measure results and outcomes of features to evaluate value for stakeholders.
