Job summary

We require a minimum of six years in healthcare or related projects, plus expertise in project management, group facilitation, and change management. A university degree, Lean Six Sigma certification, and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive work experience in healthcare or related projects.
• Experience in project management, group facilitation and change management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a facilitator to guide Hospitalist Program through structured process-improvement methodology; other duties as capacity allows.
• Identify KPIs with Hospitalist Program team for ongoing measurability and monitoring of changes.
• Monitor and report project progress and results; conduct post-project reviews to ensure sustainability.
