• Master's degree in a related discipline plus 7+ years of healthcare and business case experience.
• Experience with budget management and reconciliation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive plan, framework, and tools to support physician compensation initiatives across programs and sites.
• Lead the lifecycle of clinical service contracts from needs assessment to negotiations, design, stabilization and monitoring.
• Collaborate with physician groups, executives, Ministry of Health and external partners to drive change and communicate effectively.
