Job summary

You will build records, author tasks, and evaluate operations beyond throughput, focusing on high-impact processes in medical practice settings.

You will contribute expertise in medical coding, utilization management, and revenue cycle operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams across payer and provider domains.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on, recent experience in a healthcare administrative / back-office role.
• Direct experience with payer portals, EHR/practice-management platforms, encoders and CAC tools, or clearinghouses.
• Commitment of 10+ hours per week.
