• Senior leadership experience in mechanical construction.
• Strong background in HVAC, sheet metal, piping or broader MEP.
• Experience overseeing $10M-$20M+ projects.
• Healthcare construction in occupied facilities or new builds.
• Strong P&L, forecasting, controls and margin management.
• Leading large project teams and regional portfolios.
• Relationships with healthcare owners, GCs, developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Gryphon Oakwood's Healthcare construction operations across Vancouver, Portland and Salem.
• Provide executive oversight of $10M–$20M+ MEP projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Project Executives, Project Managers and project teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, margins and commercial strategy.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with healthcare owners, GCs, developers and stakeholders.
• Partner with estimating, preconstruction, BIM/VDC, engineering and operations teams.
• Drive project delivery standards across safety, quality, productivity, schedule and profitability.
• Support preconstruction and pursuits, developing major healthcare opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand the company’s healthcare presence in the Pacific Northwest.
• Build and develop a high-performing healthcare project delivery team.
