Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems or related field.
• 2–4 years of business and systems analysis experience.
• Experience with end-to-end testing including usability.
• Experience with MEDITECH Expanse or similar EHR.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive software testing and QA initiatives across initiatives.
• Support automation and process improvement using Power Automate.
• Analyze healthcare data with SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Develop reports and insights for clinical and operations teams.
• Collaborate with clinicians and IT to support system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Support multiple portfolio initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
