Job summary

RVH is seeking an FP&A Consultant to provide financial analysis and planning support for hospital programs. You will collaborate with Directors, Managers and Physicians to develop annual operating budgets and forecasts, analyze results and variances, and support month-end activities and external reporting.

You will translate financial data into actionable insights, monitor performance indicators, and contribute to multi-year planning. Strong communication and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree and/or professional designation in finance or accounting.
• 2+ years FP&A or healthcare finance experience required.
• Knowledge of CIHI-MIS guidelines and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budgets, forecasts, and performance trends for hospital programs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts with program leadership.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Provide financial insights to Directors, Managers and Physicians.
