Job summary

Centricity Research in Canada is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across corporate and site-level cost centers. This remote role focuses on recurring reporting, variance analysis, cash-flow management, and rolling forecasts while strengthening our FP&A function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred; equivalent education or experience will be considered.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or analytically focused roles.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, SUMIFS, scenario modeling) and solid financial-modeling fundamentals.
• Curious, coachable, and able to learn new financial systems and tools, with an interest in automating processes.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting, re-forecasts, rolling forecasts, and variance tracking.
• Financial Modeling: Build models for site performance, study economics, new business cases; track KPI and unit economics.
• Business Partnership: Partner with operational, clinical, and site leaders; prepare monthly/quarterly reviews with variance commentary.
