Solventum is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Technologist to support production operations in a medical device environment, ensuring equipment reliability and adherence to GMP. The role operates on a rotating shift with starting pay of CAD 73,000 per year.

You will troubleshoot electro/mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate documentation while contributing to continuous improvement and safety in the plant onsite at Morden, MB.

Competenze

• 3+ years of mechanical or electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Residence near Morden, MB or relocation plans before hire.

Mansioni

• Support production equipment in a medical device healthcare environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro/mechanical equipment failures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation.
• Work proactively to meet production performance targets.
• Drive Continuous Improvement projects to improve OEE.
• Develop plans to correct equipment deficiencies and improve reliability.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ensure adherence to GMP and GDP practices.
• Support Engineering projects and maintenance group tasks.
• Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
