Job summary

Scarborough Health Network seeks a Manager of Analytics, Revenue, and Software Development to lead analytics, billing and software applications across the EO ENHANCE Ontario portfolio.

You will oversee data pipelines, data quality, Epic/COSMOS participation, and Power BI reporting for 1.5M patients. Strong leadership, cloud data platform expertise, and healthcare IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive management experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare IT analytics, CIS, revenue cycle or software development.
• Experience with data warehousing, SQL, reporting, data governance.
• Experience leading software development teams; agile, DevOps, SDLC.
• Knowledge of HL7/FHIR and APIs; PHIPA/FIPPA awareness.
• Experience with Epic or Epic Cosmos is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated leadership for analytics, billing and software apps.
• Oversee system support, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Deliver dashboards, reports, data extracts for hospitals.
• Lead regional Epic Cosmos data submission and governance.
• Oversee cloud data platform on Microsoft Fabric with power BI models.
• Ensure SDLC, code reviews, security, testing and docs.
• Support external reporting requirements (Ontario Health, CIHI, MIS).
• Manage staffing, budget, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation.
