Job summary

Enhance Ontario (EO) is seeking a Team Lead for Epic Hospital Billing to provide day-to-day leadership for a team of Analysts supporting Epic Resolute Billing, including Hospital Billing, Claims, Remittance, and GL integration.

You will coordinate priorities across a multi-hospital environment, mentor staff, and partner with governance bodies to deliver optimized revenue cycle solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification required (Resolute Hospital Billing).
• Multiple certifications preferred (Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance, Charge Router).
• 5+ years of revenue cycle, healthcare finance, and/or project management experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hospital Billing team’s day-to-day activities across support, optimization, upgrades, and project delivery.
• Allocate workload and balance capacity across priorities and timelines.
• Assess project and issue status and drive decisions with leadership.
• Identify risks and raise mitigations within Hospital Billing streams.
• Guide prioritization of implementation, optimization, and maintenance for service stability and governance compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex Hospital Billing issues and provide ongoing maintenance.
• Apply expertise in revenue cycle workflows to inform design and system capabilities.
• Support governance committees with system capabilities, risks, and considerations.
• Translate organizational priorities into action plans for Hospital Billing initiatives.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and drive value for member hospitals.
