Job summary

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver enterprise BI solutions. You will build dashboards, data models, and automated reports to support clinical, operational, and executive decision-making across SHN's hospitals and satellite sites.

You will work with healthcare leaders and IT teams, leveraging Power BI, SQL Server, and SSIS/SSRS to transform complex data into actionable insights and drive performance improvements across SHN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Data Analytics/IS/Math/Stats or related field.
• Minimum three years of BI, reporting and analytics experience.
• Advanced experience building interactive dashboards and analytics using Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, Excel, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise BI solutions, dashboards, reports, scorecards, and data visualizations.
• Develop interactive reporting and analytics using Power BI for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain data models, datasets, and data quality measures across systems.
• Develop ETL processes with SSIS and Power Query for automated reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics.
