Job summary

Lifemark Health Group's Health and Performance Centre Newfoundland in Corner Brook, NL is seeking a Care Coordinator/Physiotherapy Assistant. This permanent full-time, individual-contributor role supports the clinic operations, patient intake, data entry, front-desk duties and billing.

The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, oversee administrative workflows, and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Physiotherapy Assistant, Kinesiology or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with EMR/Case Management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist physiotherapists and chiropractors with client care and equipment.
• Coordinate patient intake and maintain up-to-date records.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
• Handle payments and submit insurance claims.
• Provide front-desk support and answer inquiries.
• Support Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
• Maintain sterilization and inventory of medical equipment.
