Responsibilities

• Assisting physiotherapists and chiropractors with client care, including ultrasound and exercise programs.

• Manage front-desk calls, greet patients, and handle inquiries.
• Process payments and submit insurance claims.
• Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
