Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Health & Safety Manager to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage health and safety supervision on contractors full-time
• Implement and manage the Health and Safety Management Systems according to client requirements
• Ensure safety standards and regulations are enforced by contractors
• Assist the senior construction site representative in establishing safety programs and hazard control
• Advise the Construction Management team on potential hazards
• Review safety inspection reports and recommend corrective actions
• Review safety requirements in Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Ensure Parsons ESHARP program is implemented throughout the project
• Maintain ISO45001 standards for the project

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Extensive HSE and construction experience on infrastructure projects
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach with knowledge of KSA regulations and legal changes
• Excellent assessment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Additional HSE and construction experience on infrastructure projects
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of KSA regulations
• Minimum of 10 years experience in health and safety
