HSE programs will be well implemented and meet the relevant standards and regulations in the plant. That means you will ensure that facilities are well maintained, regulations and procedures are in place and implemented, hazard and aspect assessments are conducted, and accidents caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced. Additionally, energy consumption and waste will be minimized.

How you will contribute

  • Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help the plant achieve Zero accidents and Incidents
  • Coordinate and oversee implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processes
  • Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of non-conformances
  • Provide Health and Safety expertise for all new projects and change management activities
  • Follow up on non-conformances and develop systems to resolve them based on root cause analysis
  • Maintain an incident reporting system, assist with investigations, and drive corrective actions
  • Develop guidance programs to identify and eliminate physical hazards

What you will bring

Experience and knowledge in:

  • Environmental Health and Safety
  • Completion of EHS training such as OSHA, EPA
  • Safety and environmental technical standards
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels
  • Understanding of regulatory reports and compliance including ISO
