Qualifications

• Recent graduate (0-2 years) in OH&S or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in office/field environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and workplace audits.
• Assist with hazard assessments and risk mitigation plans.
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Support employee safety training and orientation.
• Monitor compliance with safety legislation and maintain records.
• Collaborate with field leaders to identify safety improvements.
• Engage employees in safety initiatives and campaigns.
