Job summary

eHealth Saskatchewan is searching for a Network Analyst II to support the province-wide health network, ensuring secure, reliable connectivity across institutions and agencies.

You will troubleshoot performance issues, install and upgrade core networking gear, and contribute to change management while mentoring teammates. This role drives critical health IT operations across Saskatchewan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
• Minimum three years in Network Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies and WAN environments.
• Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot network performance, availability and connectivity issues across enterprise network environments.
• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain LAN, WAN and data centre network equipment.
• Participate in network infrastructure projects, including the design, implementation and enhancement of network solutions.
• Perform operating system and firmware upgrades on networking equipment while following established change management practices.
• Create, maintain and update technical documentation, including network diagrams, support procedures and configuration standards.
• Monitor and manage network services to ensure reliable, secure and high-performing connectivity for health sector partners.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to support team development and operational excellence.
