Job summary

Ricoh Canada Inc. seeks an InterSystems IRIS and HealthShare Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade healthcare integration solutions.

You will lead the implementation of core platforms like RICOH Electronic Data Exchange and PIMS, enabling real-time clinical data aggregation, MPI integrations, and patient workflows. Expect collaboration with clients, clinical teams, and stakeholders across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer-facing engineering or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in InterSystems ObjectScript, DTL, and BPL.
• Experience with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR R4.
• Experience with InterSystems IRIS for Health and HealthShare.
• Knowledge of secure data transmission and network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary technical contact for clients and vendor partners.
• Architect and build PIMS solutions using HealthShare and IRIS for Health.
• Design end-to-end Data Exchange products and data pipelines.
• Develop web interfaces and APIs connected to IRIS via RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Ensure HIPAA, HITECH, and SOC 2 compliance during delivery.
• Conduct product demos and user acceptance testing (UAT).
