Job Description: Working under the direction of the Manager, the Health Educator-Senior will support programming in Family Resources Centers and the larger community. The Health Educator-Senior will draw on theoretical and practical expertise to guide approaches using recent research and promising practices of early childhood development including culturally relevant, trauma informed practices. The Health Educator-Senior ensures that programming is culturally relevant using a trauma-informed lens. The Health Educator-Senior collaborates with team members, community partners, program participants and other key stakeholders to translate local data into early learning environments to support quality assurance, program development, and service delivery.
