Job summary

Nestlé Canada is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to build relationships with Health Care Practitioners, primarily naturopaths, across the Southwestern Ontario territory. You will travel for face-to-face calls, with occasional phone and virtual meetings, and some overnight travel is required.

You will develop territory plans, analyze data, and leverage product knowledge to positionGenestra and Pure Encapsulations lines as optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent plus relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
• Strong collaboration across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory level business and customer plans with data analysis.
• Position products to healthcare practitioners as optimal solutions.
• Maintain CRM daily and track customer actions to move sales forward.
• Grow existing Strategic and Key Accounts and prospect new clients.
• Execute territory plans and meet sales targets individually and in teams.
• Participate in meetings, events, and conferences with timely follow-up.
• Adapt to changing business conditions and build long-term partnerships.
• Identify and develop new practitioner relationships within accounts.
