Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care is seeking Health Care Aides to support clients in their homes across Canada. You will travel between patients, assist with meals, hygiene, and daily living activities while providing companionship and supportive care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a HCA program recognized and approved by the Government of Alberta.
  • Willingness to visit patient residences within a designated area.
  • Experience in personal hygiene care is an asset but not required.
  • Experience with seniors/children is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Travel between patients completing several home visits per day.
  • Prepare meals and assist with meal-time.
  • Basic housekeeping duties.
  • Provide companionship and support the well-being of patients.
  • Assist with personal hygiene care including showering and bathing.
  • Support for basic activities of daily living.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
