ParaMed is seeking a Health Care Aide (HCA) to support clients in their own homes across Alberta. You will assist with daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping and personal care, while delivering compassionate companionship.

This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time shifts and opportunities for full-time work, along with training, benefits, and employee support programs. You will travel to client residences, ensuring safe, independent living in the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a HCA program approved by the Government of Alberta.
• Experience with seniors is an asset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' residences for home visits.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
