1. Actively participate in the deployment of the HSE action plan
2. Develop projects to support the achievement of OHE targets
3. Promote compliance with safety procedures
4. Cooperate in the integration of new employees
5. Advise managers and employees in developing their skills
6. Coordinate and lead the various HSE committees
7. Perform site visits and interventions when necessary
8. Contribute to the investigation and analysis of accidents and to the follow-up of the implementation of corrective measures
9. Participate in the review, improvement, and documentation of various processes.

Your profile :

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, plus
2. 3 years of experience in the construction industry
3. Diploma in Health and Safety or other relevant training
4. Very good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding health, safety, and well-being in the workplace
5. Knowledge of MS Office suite
6. Ability to travel frequently to operational sites.
