EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and HR Advisor

Status: Permanent

This role administers all health programs and supports various aspects of health, safety, and the environment. It also provides assistance with human resources programs and services, including benefits, training, and payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the company's Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and support the EHS Coordinator and team.
• Manage and track employee injuries and illnesses.
• Schedule nurse visits for medical programs and prepare documentation.
• Maintain the EHS website.
• Provide monthly statistics on EHS incidents.
• Maintain the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and chemical database.
• Keep the sampling database up to date.
• Conduct shop floor audits on various EHS aspects.
• Understand and follow the company's EHS rules and regulations.
• Wear protective equipment as needed.
• Report safety hazards, unsafe acts, and incidents per company procedures.
• Assist HR Advisors with tasks such as payroll, benefits, and HR databases.
• Provide information to employees as needed.
