Agilus is recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor in the Oil and Gas Sector in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join our team in Fort McMurray. The role involves ensuring safety compliance and continuous improvement within the organization.

A typical day:

1. Conduct structured field tours and assessments, report findings, and provide professional expertise.
2. Mentor, coach, and influence the organization to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
3. Guide personnel in safety tools, data, and work processes to promote learning and safety enhancements.
4. Support the development, application, and execution of industry-leading safety processes and core EHS services.

Successful candidates will have:

• An OHS Certificate or 5-10 years of experience in a safety advisory role.
• Relevant Safety Tickets.

Total rewards:

• Contract duration until December 31, 2025, with potential extension.
• Work schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off, 12 hours per day.
