Qualifications

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltbereich.
• NCSO-Zertifizierung und andere relevante Qualifikationen erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Überwachung und Beratung zu allen Aspekten der Gesundheit und Sicherheit vor Ort.
• Durchführung von HSE-Schulungen und Inspektionen.

Job description

We are seeking expressions of interest from a Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Advisor in our Infrastructure Division.

Preference will be given to those with 2+ years of experience. Wages are competitive with industry standards and include a health benefit package, group RRSP contributions, and work scheduling designed to balance quality of life. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating in accordance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate regularly with supervision and operations staff
2. Oversee and advise on all health and safety aspects for employees and contractors on site
3. Conduct and monitor all aspects of HSE training
4. Be familiar with all elements of the HSE Program and instruct employees in associated activities
5. Conduct incident investigations, site and regulatory inspections
6. Maintain a good working relationship with project clients and customers
7. Maintain confidence and ensure confidentiality of information and records
8. Help operations prepare and communicate site-specific safety material

Qualifications:

• NCSO designation with associated certificates
• Traffic Accommodation Supervisor (TAS)
• Standard First Aid
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

Work Conditions:

• Shift work including evenings and weekends
