Job summary

Walmart Canada in Lethbridge, AB is seeking a friendly associate to provide exceptional customer service on the cosmetics and health and beauty floors and assist in salesfloor operations. You will greet customers, promote products, stock merchandise, and help with displays and pricing to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, handling returns, maintaining safety, and coordinating with management as needed.

• Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, administer required paperwork, logs and other documentation.
• Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
• Located in Cosmetics and Health and Beauty departments, the Associate provides awareness to Customers that a specified Cosmetic presence is available for guidance and direction.
