The CompanyOur client is a Private-Equity backed manufacturer of industrial products. While historically family owned, the company was acquired by a growth-oriented PE fund that is looking to take the company to its next phase of growth, and roughly double in size over the coming 1-2 years.The RoleReporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Supply Chain will lead all the supply chain functions within the group with end-to-end ownership. This role will be responsible for building and maturing the supply chain function, including the teams, processes, tools, and, systems, allowing the company to scale rapidly.Key focus areas include:- Planning

This is an on-site role based out of Mississauga, ON.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned supply chain executive, with 10+ years of work experience, primarily within Operations and Supply Chain functions in a manufacturing environment. They will bring a track record of building within the constraints of a mid-market manufacturing company. They will be a big-picture thinker, with a visionary mindset and deep analytical capabilities to convert that vision into tangible plans for the function. Additionally, they will have excellent people leadership skills, with a keen eye for identifying and developing talent.
