Director, SCM – Planning & Procurement

This role will oversee all procurement and planning operations across Ross Video Limited, supporting our high-mix, low-volume, configure-to-order manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings an established track record in senior leadership roles within supply chain management, particularly in OEM electronics manufacturing, and thrives in fast-paced, global markets. This role also plays a crucial role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing supply chain operations.

Who you report to : VP, SCM

Work Lane : Hybrid (3 days in office)

Some of the things you will work on :

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Planning and Procurement, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with key leaders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Optimize inventory and reduce the lead times to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Guide process improvements and scalability initiatives to support growth.
• Ensure supply continuity and mitigate risks through proactive supplier management.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and implement best practices in supply chain planning.
• Support new product introductions and life-cycle planning.
• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance with industry and company policies and standards.

You should have experience with :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles, with emphasis on planning and procurement.
• Established background in OEM electronics manufacturing within a high-mix, low-volume, configure-to-order environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage change, and build consensus in cross-functional environments.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and supply chain planning systems; experience with digital transformation initiatives a plus.
