Your Mission:
AfterShip is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead and execute our global partnership initiatives. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll be responsible for developing, cultivating, and scaling strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and innovation for AfterShip.
This role isn’t just about strategy - you’ll roll up your sleeves and get into the action when needed, acting as a hands-on operator as much as a strategic leader. Whether it’s negotiating a new integration, jumping on calls with potential partners, or crafting a go-to-market plan, you’re just as comfortable executing as you are leading.
You’ll report directly to the VP of Revenue and lead AfterShip’s Global Partnerships team, spanning APAC and North America. You'll work cross-functionally to align on strategic priorities, foster strong collaboration across teams and time zones, and represent AfterShip at key industry events (up to 30% travel annually, fully expensed).
