Description Of The Role & Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Sales – iGaming, you will lead our sales efforts in the highly competitive and fast-paced online gaming industry. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing key accounts within the iGaming sector, including online casinos, sportsbooks, poker platforms, and gaming operators.

  1. Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy for the iGaming sector, identifying and securing new business opportunities and ensuring our payment solutions align with the unique needs of high-risk merchants.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, payment managers, and key decision-makers within the online gaming industry.
  3. Lead and grow a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and strategic direction to optimize performance and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Drive growth by negotiating high-value contracts, increasing transaction volumes, and expanding our presence in regulated and emerging gaming markets.
  5. Stay ahead of market trends, compliance requirements, and evolving payment regulations affecting the industry to adapt and refine sales strategies.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams — including risk, compliance, product, and technology — to streamline onboarding and deliver seamless payment solutions tailored to iGaming clients.
  7. Represent the company at major gaming industry events, conferences, and expos such as ICE, SiGMA, SBC, and more establishing thought leadership and expanding our network.
  8. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by leveraging data-driven insights into player transactions, payment behaviors, and industry trends.
  9. Optimize the sales pipeline by implementing effective lead generation strategies, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring efficient CRM management.
