Description Of The Role & Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the company’s sales strategy, managing and growing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. Your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and optimizing sales processes to maximize efficiency and results.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to refine, adapt or develop sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance performance, productivity, and goal achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, expanding the company’s customer base through networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including product, compliance, and risk teams, to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize sales efforts.
  • Manage key accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships.
  • Oversee the establishment and optimization of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance tracking to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and sales metrics for senior leadership to support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
