Job summary

Clarity is seeking a Vice President, Private Capital Solutions, to lead a growing team addressing liquidity needs for venture-backed private companies.

You will engage with founders, CFOs, and legal teams, combining capital markets expertise with Clarity’s network and technology. The role emphasizes personal mandate wins, team-building, and scalable client coverage, spanning primary capital raises and secondary transactions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the pre-IPO or secondaries market, or in investment banking or private capital advisory.
• Technology sector focus is a plus.
• Established network of senior private-company executives and venture investors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and own strategic relationships with private companies and partners.
• Lead client discussions, pitches, and mandate negotiations.
• Develop and execute the PCS team’s client acquisition and account coverage strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the PCS team with high standards for engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, and Transaction Services teams to deliver engagements.
