Job summary

Reliance Foundry Co. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Manager of People and Culture to elevate our HR operations and drive a 1‑3 year strategic vision. You will oversee payroll through Humi, LMIA processes, and compliance while building a high‑trust, high‑performance culture.

The role reports to the CEO and supports the SLT, with one direct report to manage and a focus on organizational design, talent acquisition, and engagement across North America.

Qualifications

• Active CPHR designation is required.
• Advanced degree (Master’s) or executive leadership certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in HR within SME or industrial environments is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and annual plan aligned with SLT.
• Own recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and employer branding.
• Supervise one HR staff member and mentor the team.
