Job summary

Kalesnikoff is seeking a Head of Projects to lead modular project delivery across North America. You will establish governance, lead the project management team, and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget, and quality results aligned with client expectations.

You will partner with Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Operations and Executive Leadership to drive portfolio performance and continuous improvement, shaping strategic project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience with complex portfolios.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing project management teams.
• Strong knowledge of contractual/administrative and operational/technical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the modular project portfolio across North America.
• Establish governance, standards, processes, and performance metrics.
• Direct Senior Project Managers and project delivery teams.
• Monitor portfolio risk, capacity, priorities, and escalation handling.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Manufacturing, Operations, and Leadership.
• Provide portfolio reporting and recommendations to VP and senior leaders.
• Oversee contracts, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and financials.
• Maintain project administration, change control, and documentation.
• Drive profitability and continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Mentor, develop, and hold teams accountable to goals.
