Head of Marketing

We help property owners rent smarter and safer through AI-powered tenant screening, automated rent collection, and our Rent Guarantee Program. Our mission is to bring trust, transparency, and protection into the rental experience.

We’re entering a new phase of growth — and we’re hiring a Head of Marketing to lead it.

You’ll be responsible for scaling our brand, owned growth channels, and customer acquisition, with strong in-house support and executive sponsorship.

About the Role

This role is marketing leadership at a high-growth technology company. You’ll report directly to the CEO, partner closely with a seasoned Fractional CMO (ex-fintech growth leader), and lead a marketing team that already includes:

  • Paid Expertise (managing digital performance across search and social)
  • A Community Director (owning earned media and partnerships)
  • Dedicated Analytics and Design support (no fighting for resources)

Your primary focus will be scaling owned channels: SEO, content, product-led growth, and customer lifecycle marketing — while driving coordination and strategy across paid and earned channels as our internal marketing leader.

This is a high-impact role: equal parts strategy and execution. You’ll build the marketing playbook that takes SingleKey through our next stage of scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and scale owned channels: SEO, product-led growth, content marketing, and lifecycle/email
  • Partner with paid and community teams to drive full-funnel customer acquisition
  • Manage marketing planning, budget allocation, channel strategy, and growth forecasting
  • Launch rapid, iterative experiments across new and existing channels
  • Build and optimize referral, affiliate, and partnership programs
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks with analytics support
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth
  • Help shape SingleKey’s brand voice and market positioning in the U.S. and Canada

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or D2C/D2B marketing roles
  • Strong experience scaling SEO, content, product-led growth, and lifecycle programs
  • Performance marketing expertise across search, paid social, and display (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Deep comfort with KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-impact growth initiatives at a scaling tech company
  • Strategic and hands-on: you're equally excited to set the plan and execute it
  • Bonus: Experience in proptech, fintech, insurtech, or SMB-focused products
  • Bonus: Background in Management Consulting, Data Science, Product Management, Finance or other highly analytical roles
