Founded in 2018, NXTRND (short for “Next Trend”) is an innovative football accessories and equipment brand based in Montreal. We're athlete-obsessed—designing gear players actually want, based on their real needs and feedback. Our mission is to serve athletes better and redefine how football looks and feels—on and off the field.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead NXTRND’s overall marketing strategy, driving brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion. This senior leader will oversee a team and manage execution across channels to enhance brand equity, boost engagement, and accelerate revenue, combining big-picture thinking with data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead NXTRND’s end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, growth, and retention
  • Define and evolve NXTRND’s brand positioning, ensuring it resonates with athletes and differentiates us in the competitive landscape.
  • Manage a cross-functional marketing team and set clear KPIs
  • Drive and optimize campaigns across all channels (social, paid, content, email, SEO / SEM)
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Creative to launch new products and stories
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities
  • Maintain and track the marketing budget for max ROI
  • Build a bold brand that athletes and fans connect with

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in brand or growth marketing (sports, eCom, or consumer products preferred)
  • Proven success scaling a brand and delivering measurable results
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Deep knowledge of brand strategy, storytelling, and performance marketing
  • Data-driven with an eye for design and creative
  • Passion for sports, design, or youth culture is a strong asset
  • A player-coach mentality—you can lead, but you’re not afraid to get hands-on

Location : Old Port of Montreal (in-office)
