Job description

About RightMetric

RightMetric helps marketers eliminate blind spots with Marketing Outsight. We use signals from audiences, competitors, platforms, content, and culture to show what is changing while it is still unfolding. This gives clients like Red Bull, Wilson, Vancity, ATB, lululemon, and Canadian Tire, a clearer view of what is happening so they can make sharper decisions with confidence.

The Mission of This Role

In this role, you will be a valued member of the RightMetric Sales Team, working in a permanent, full-time position of Head of Growth. Reporting to the Co-CEO, you will lead the Growth function at RightMetric, taking full ownership of revenue generation, demand creation, and go-to-market execution.

As a RightMetric leader, you will be accountable for building a scalable growth engine that balances short-term revenue objectives with long-term brand and market positioning. You bring director-level strategic thinking and the ability to translate big-picture strategy into tactical, repeatable operating processes, ensuring RightMetric continues to expand its market presence and deepen relationships with high-value clients.

Responsibilities

Revenue Growth

  • Own the company's growth strategy and revenue targets, building a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, referral channels, and new market opportunities that accelerate growth, leveraging your existing client network to open doors.

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Own go-to-market strategy end-to-end — setting the direction for marketing, sales, and campaign execution across the funnel.
  • Lead RightMetric's marketing strategy across content, thought leadership, digital channels, events, and partnerships.
  • Position RightMetric as the leading source of marketing intelligence through compelling storytelling and market education.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.

Growth Analytics & Operations

  • Build scalable systems, processes, and playbooks that turn strategic priorities into clear, tactical operating processes for the team.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a member of the leadership team, helping shape company strategy and priorities.
  • Work closely with Product, Research, and Delivery teams, providing informed input and market perspective to guide product direction and innovation.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive innovation across the growth function, including the adoption of AI-driven tools and approaches to sharpen strategy and execution.
Compensation & Perks
  • Salary: $150,000-$180,000 CAD, plus a target annual incentive of 20%
  • Vacation: 3 weeks vacation to start
  • Flexible Benefit Plan
  • Defined Contribution Pension
