The Role:

We seek an experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance function, ensuring it is well-structured and efficient to support our growth. You will analyze complex operating models and implement strategic changes to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic financial insights to the senior leadership team (SLT).
2. Oversee the preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements (US GAAP and IFRS).
3. Assess financial performance and assist in strategic planning.
4. Lead the sourcing and implementation of new accounting/ERP systems.
5. Present financial results and insights to SLT.
6. Ensure business objectives align with financial plans and budgets.
7. Recommend process improvements in finance reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
8. Manage finance IT systems and oversee their development and improvements.
9. Own and scale the finance infrastructure, ensuring automation and controls.
10. Manage and develop the finance team.

Qualifications and Attributes:

1. Professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, CPA) or equivalent.
2. 15+ years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting.
3. Leadership experience with the ability to articulate financial strategy.
4. Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, including regulatory requirements.
5. Commercial awareness.
6. Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and ERP systems is advantageous.
7. Experience reviewing and implementing ERP systems is desirable.
8. Fluent English communication skills.
