What You'll Be Doing

• Building a world-class tech team through collaboration, pairing, design review, and code review
• Actively contributing code alongside the team in a hands-on role
• Leading development of financial services products (transfers, cards, lending, etc.), ensuring systems are production-ready
• Collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams to solve customer pain points
• Integrating with banking partners and third-party APIs for features like virtual cards, international transfers, and financial data tracking

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years managing engineering teams
• Fluency in Java / Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, system design, and architecture
• Experience building and scaling products from scratch
• Management experience with developing engineering talent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice To Have

• Experience with various infrastructure, languages, and stacks
• Background in early-stage or fast-growing startups
• Experience in fintech
• Familiarity with payment products like card issuing, money transfers, and credit
• Latest tech and equipment
