We’re looking for someone who’s ready to own, lead, and elevate how we do digital marketing.

The Opportunity

As our Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and delivery of digital campaigns across paid media, organic, email, CRO, and analytics.

You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers and be responsible for performance, development, and alignment across all digital initiatives. You’ll also be a key voice in the leadership team helping us evolve our digital offering, shape go-to-market strategies, and identify new opportunities for growth.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to just sit in meetings and delegate. You must be comfortable being both strategic and executional.

You’ve led real campaigns, not just written decks about them.

You know how to get in the weeds when needed, and you know when to zoom out to guide your team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of paid media specialists, SEO analysts, lifecycle marketers, media production and channel managers
  • Architect and evolve strategic digital marketing roadmaps that support long-term client growth
  • Be accountable for channel performance, reporting, and insights including what we’re doing about it
  • Run retrospectives, campaign reviews, and performance reviews to guide improvements
  • Build and optimize internal processes that create consistency and scale across accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, web, creative, and client experience teams
  • Present strategy and performance confidently to clients and executive stakeholders
  • Actively mentor and grow team members into stronger strategists and communicators
  • Forecast and plan resources based on team capacity and pipeline demands
  • Stay ahead of marketing shifts and adapt how we operate based on what’s working

We don’t hide behind dashboards, we interpret them, act fast, and iterate.

What You Bring

  • 6 to 10 years of digital marketing experience in performance or growth roles
  • Agency or multi-client experience is a must, you know how to juggle
  • You’ve led a team, coached talent, and built repeatable systems
  • You’re an expert in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
  • You understand full-funnel marketing and how paid, organic, and lifecycle connect
  • You’re strong in analytics and storytelling, not just showing data but using it
  • You’ve worked with tools like HubSpot, GA4, Mailchimp, and know how to evaluate martech needs
  • You’ve presented to executive stakeholders, and you’re confident under pressure

Nice to Have

  • Lifecycle marketing, CRM journeys, or ABM campaign experience
  • Experience building or productizing digital services within an agency
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation workflows
  • Experience in our core verticals: manufacturing, tech, or professional services

Our staff works under a hybrid model, with the flexibility to work from home or the office.
