Job summary

Medavie Inc. seeks an enterprise-minded leader to shape and advance the Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (DAA) agenda.

Reporting to the EVP of the Enterprise Transformation Office, you will set strategic direction, governance, and measurable outcomes across Business Lines, Technology, Risk and Legal. You will drive adoption of value-based decision making, establish governance forums and KPIs, and collaborate with executives to translate strategy into a practical, scalable enterprise

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, enterprise transformation or a related field.
• Experience establishing operating models, governance models and strategic planning cadences within data, analytics, AI or technology environments.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts to executive audiences and align senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and execute Medavie’s enterprise DAA strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish governance operating model with decision rights and escalation pathways.
• Monitor portfolio alignment, risks and value realization across the enterprise.
