Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of actuarial experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Bachelor degree in Actuarial Sciences or related field.
• Strong programming interest, preferably Python.
• Knowledge of modern ML techniques and their practical applications in insurance.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain actuarial predictive models using advanced statistics and ML.
• Collaborate with Pricing teams to understand requirements and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support model governance and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Monitor model performance and implement improvements based on emerging techniques and business needs.
