Job summary

Coveo is seeking a Director of Engineering, Command, to define and execute the technology vision for the Command product area. You will lead engineering teams that deliver AI-powered operator experiences, secure and scalable software, and high-value customer outcomes.

You will partner with engineering and product leadership to align strategy, drive execution, and cultivate a culture of ownership and innovation across time zones and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading managers within a software engineering org developing SaaS products.
• Experience leading customer-facing engineering teams for enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across leadership levels.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with execution on complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams for the Command product area.
• Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap with product leadership.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software with high engineering quality.
• Collaborate with directors and executives to align people, tech, and priorities.
• Champion product-minded engineering practices for AI-native workflows and automation.
• Mentor engineering leaders and foster ownership, learning, and innovation.
