Qualifications

• Experience in advanced market underwriting and field underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end accountability for advanced market cases and national accounts, from pre-underwriting through to in-force servicing.
• Develop and position iA’s field underwriting expertise with specialized advisors and distribution partners.
• Provide strong technical leadership in both medical and financial risk assessment.
• Analyze and assess complex sales concepts to ensure alignment with risk appetite, profitability objectives, and client experience.
• Lead and mobilize a multidisciplinary team, including underwriters, case coordinators, and specialized experts (e.g., tax, actuarial).
