Job summary

iA Financial Group is seeking a Business Analyst to drive performance analysis and growth initiatives within Global Client Experience. You will transform campaign results and business data into actionable insights, collaborating with Growth Hub, Analytics, Data, Salesforce Hub, Marketing, and Martech teams to optimize client acquisition and engagement.

You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and prepare governance materials while documenting business needs and user stories.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing analytics, growth, or cross-selling.
• Strong ability to analyze campaigns and customer journeys to inform decisions.
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Comfort with Excel for data analysis and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Salesforce, and CRM Analytics is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain performance analyses related to campaigns, customer journeys, growth initiatives, and Growth Hub capabilities.
• Analyze results to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and factors influencing campaign success.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of business performance indicators, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms.
• Prepare analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for governance committees and business stakeholders.
• Document and structure business needs, processes, business rules, decision flows, success criteria, functional requirements, and user stories.
• Support the Performance Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and monitoring of dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Participate in PI Planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies while contributing to solution validation and post-implementation performance assessments.
• Foster collaboration among business, analytics, and technology teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of growth, personalization, cross-selling, automation, and performance practices.
